Pelvic Health Physiotherapist
Beth has 5 years of clinical experience as a physiotherapist, and is currently completing her Masters in Clinical Physiotherapy specialising in Continence and Women’s Health at Curtin University.
Beth works both on the inpatient maternity ward and in our outpatient services. Outpatient services includes providing private physiotherapy consultations and clinical Pilates to antenatal and postnatal women. Beth enjoys supporting all women throughout their antenatal journey and guiding successful return to all activities in the postnatal period.
Beth specialises in pregnancy and postnatal related issues including pain (pelvic girdle pain, lumbar pain and sciatic pain), urinary leakage, rectus abdominis diastasis (abdominal muscle separation) and breastfeeding issues (cracked nipples, blocked ducts and mastitis). Beth also enjoys treating women throughout all stages of life who suffer from bowel and bladder dysfunction, pelvic pain and pelvic organ prolapse.
Outside of work Beth loves to travel and be outdoors, play hockey and spend time with family and friends.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy
- Currently completing Master of Clinical Physiotherapy (Continence and Women’s Health)
