Antenatal Hydrotherapy

As your body adapts to your changing shape, it’s not unusual to have aches and pains during pregnancy.

Exercise during pregnancy can be beneficial in maintaining muscle tone, thereby supporting the joints and helping maintain good posture.

SportsMed Subiaco offers several antenatal exercising options for expecting mothers who wish to maintain their strength and fitness for as long as possible including hydrotherapy, pilates and gym-based classes.

Naturally, our highly experienced and qualified physiotherapists will watch over you throughout the session making sure all necessary precautions are taken to ensure you and your baby are safe and happy.
