Since graduating from Notre Dame University in 2007 as Valedictorian, Bec has had numerous years of experience working in NSW and WA with both the Australian Defence Force and semi-professional and professional athletes. Her keen interest in sporting and musculoskeletal injuries led her to complete a Masters of Sports Physiotherapy, whilst also qualifying as an ASCA strength and conditioning coach. Bec has a strong focus on exercise and gym-based rehabilitation and is a major proponent for holistic approaches to rehabilitation and enhanced health and wellness.

Bec is also a qualified Yoga teacher, Clinical Pilates Instructor and STEEL Cancer Rehabilitation Therapist.
