Hugh Williams is an APA Titled Sports and Exercise Physiotherapist with extensive experience working across elite sport, community athletes, and the general population. He holds a Master of Sports and Exercise Physiotherapy from La Trobe University and has worked in high-performance environments including WAFL, NBL1 basketball, national athletics championships, and international endurance events. Hugh previously served as Head Physiotherapist for Subiaco Football Club (WAFL), leading injury management, rehabilitation, and return-to-play planning within a multidisciplinary high-performance team.

Hugh has a particular interest in running-related injuries, tendon pathology, load management, and return-to-sport rehabilitation. Alongside his clinical and professional experience, Hugh has competed at an elite level in distance running, representing Australia as a junior at the World Cross Country Championships and racing within international elite fields at the Gold Coast and Chicago Marathons. This firsthand experience gives him a practical understanding of the physical and psychological demands of training, racing, and recovery.
