Since completing her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at The University of Notre Dame Australia, Molly has worked in a number of private practice settings, supporting a wide range of individuals with musculoskeletal injuries and pain.

Her interest in sports injuries and rehabilitation is reflected in her current PhD research at Edith Cowan University, which explores drivers of pain and impairment in people with calf muscle and tendon injuries, and how these may be linked to changes in the brain.

Molly is committed to an evidence-based approach to injury management and recovery. She places strong emphasis on educating clients and promoting self-management to support long-term outcomes. With a focus on bridging the gap between rehab and performance, she enjoys guiding individuals through gym-based rehabilitation and Clinical Pilates to help them return to the sports and activities they enjoy.
