Deep Tissue Massage – this massage technique focuses on specific areas of complaint, using slower, firmer strokes to target the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. Great for pain relief and enhancing range of movement.

Trigger Point Massage – massage focuses on areas of tight bands of muscle fibres or nodules that can form in muscles anywhere in the body. They frequently develop as a result of overtraining, injury or poor posture.

Before the first massage the therapist will discuss with you your medical history to identify any trouble areas and to determine what you wish to get out of the massage, whether it be to treat and soothe a specific sore spot or purely to relax and unwind.
